Interesting. Auditions are going on today as I type this. Paula, Randy and Simon don't come to do their part until sometime in September.

Nope, not here today. Just appears that way on TV when it airs. In September they will be here and invite all of those who passed round one to come back to perform in front of them.

So they have a month to get all the info on the people so they can let the 3 judges know how to make fun of them. Nice.

So once you make it to HOllywood, do you think they pay them anything while on the show?

Probably pay expenses plus a little extra. Good question.

They also get a budget for wardrobe and hair/makeup

Simon, Paula and Randy are in Omaha today and tomorrow to tape the auditions with the ones who made it past the first round. I wonder if the media will post the ones who advance?

On TV they alsways show them running out of the building screaming with the ticket to Hollywood. Should be pretty easy to track them down for an interview.
