Not sure why the site was down there for a bit. Came online this morning and the server was on while the httpd and mysql was down. Restarted them both and now all seems fine. Will monitor throughout the day. Hmmmmm.

Im now thinking its memory. This box has 3gigs but it seems to be only reg'ing 256... whoa, something definitly wacked there. Its dumping off when the memory runs out. I will see what i can do tonight.
