Does PunkBuster really stop all the rewrites or add-ons? If no, then can someone direct me to some goodies?

not much of a gamer but seems like punkbuster is a serious anticheat service.

I know somethings have to get past them, I am just wondering what.

If you play online and want to avoid a ban I'd skip trying to bypass as it's only a matter of time. If you just want to run mods on a local lan with friends it's probably not a biggie.
