Anyone else noticing the massive uptick in hacking going on recently? Sony has been probably the most advertised (since it happened so many times to the point a website has been created to track their hacks... http://hassonybeenhackedthisweek.com/ ) but also Citi, Northrop Grumman to name a few. Thinkin physical gold buried and hidden is the way to go soon.

I just got an ipod touch last month and need to create an apple id so I can download free apps. Well you can't do that unless its linked to a credit card. In the Institution Hack of the Week Specials going on lately I dont want my CC on their records.

Forgot to add the IMF hack and now Anon is going after the Fed... dudster, u ever try the 1 time use CC's? One of my cards has an app that allows you to generate a 1 time use card that after it's used, it's not available anymore for anything other than returns and even then only for the time frame you set. Not perfect but better than nothing.

I hadn't heard about the IMF and the Fed. But I'm glad someone is going after those crooks.

I thought about a prepaid card. but haven't done it yet. I shouldn't have to.

It's actually not a prepaid but rather an app that ties into your main card so you give out temp numbers but they work just like your normal card (except the expire and/or have limits you set).

I jailbroke it on day one... so adding stuff isnt an issue. but...... still some of the free apps in the store are pretty decent.
