Comp, I would use Nero ,If you are aware of one that works please let me know I am sure I can get a copy. I bought a MP3 player and it came with a 2 mounth napster account . It has it's own built in burner as well as the software I have. I have DVD audio rippers cd rippers dvd and cd clone ,a code coverter. If you even highlight the music file you will get a message ,,please use a player that supports, music manager 7 ,click here for recommendations. thats as far as it will go.

This may not be what you want to hear but from what I've read it sounds like Napster keeps you from burning their music.

Do you know what kind of DRM the tethered songs are using? And can you copy the mp3 file, in its existing format, anywhere? (ie - attach via email, etc)

From what I read Happy they encode the song so you can't file share or burn the song. Didn't do much searching on it but I'm sure there is a way around it.

if you can, try putting it onto your mp3 player and ripping it off into a seperate directory. maybe burn it from there? Just a guess though.

Download "Tunebite". You have to play each song you download but it will copy the song while it is playing. Then you delete the original and do what you want with the copy.
