Anyone else having issues with firefox? I'm having trouble loading pages with it on 2 computers.Anyone tried Chrome?

Nope, use it all the time. 3.6 uses a bit more ram but loads faster than 3.5x did. New update today too btw. Chrome annoyed me after a while.

I've been happy with Firefox.

Everything I complained about with previous versions has been fixed. Meanwhile, I still get random problems with IE. I've never tried Chrome.

I just got win7 and firefox is not working like it did in xp(pages loading really slow),,, i uninstalled it and got the latest version(8.0.7600.16385 and didn't help. my laptop is really happy running xp tho.

I'm running firefox on an xp and a Vista and both quit loading some sites.They won't load pics from Craiglist ads.Both will load them with IE.

I'd had a few beers when I posted that,,let me try to explain. My desktop is runnin' 7 and it dosen't like firefox at all, pages loading slow or not at all. The laptop is runnin' XP with no problems with firefox yet.
I just switched ISP (att to charter) and I thought it was a charter thing butt the laptop still works fine. Now I'm thinkiin it is a problem with 7 and firefox.

Charter sucks! But my Firefox has been fine since the update. Course, it was fine before the update too. I run xp pro.

I just installed FF 3.2.6. It seems to be working fine on 7 now.

I've got a couple laptops on 7 and no issues with firefox. Latest version should be 3.6.x by the way. Try a full uninstall, remove all preferences, etc, reboot then reinstall. Craigslist ads might be an addon (adblock plus maybe?).

Firefox is running great on Linux box too...
